Ground Kingz ships available products to the regions shown at checkout. Delivery options, shipping cost, and estimated timing are shown before you complete payment.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during launches, high-demand periods, custom Gi requests, or if we need to confirm address or size details.

2. Delivery Areas

Shipping availability depends on the delivery address and active shipping methods in checkout. If your country or city is not available at checkout, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order details, and available delivery method. Product prices displayed in SAR include VAT where applicable; shipping fees are shown separately before payment.

4. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by city, carrier, customs, holidays, weather, or events outside Ground Kingz control. If you need gear for a competition or academy deadline, message us before ordering so we can guide you.

5. Address Accuracy

Please enter your full name, mobile number, city, district, street, building details, and any delivery notes clearly. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect address details are the customer's responsibility.

6. Tracking And Support

When tracking is available, it will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the delivery carrier. For order or delivery questions, contact Ground Kingz with your order number.

7. Damaged, Wrong, Or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging. We will review and guide the next step according to the refund and exchange policy.

8. Returns And Exchanges

Shipping for returns and exchanges follows the Ground Kingz refund policy. Return requests are supported within 3 days of receiving the order, and exchange requests within 7 days, when the product meets the policy conditions.

9. Custom Gi Orders

Custom Gi orders may have separate production and delivery timelines. Details are confirmed with you before production begins.
